Helping Hands Therapy is a mobile occupational therapy service that provides support to those in the Western Sydney and Blue Mountains region. It is built on the values of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration. I understand that disability can at times create adversity and isolation, through occupational therapy I aim to reduce barriers to doing things you love through evidence-based treatment. Everyone is wonderfully unique, so I use creative thinking and innovation to get results in the most efficient, meaningful manner.
