A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Tori - Occupational Therapist and Director

​​I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2015 and have worked across a range of fields including mental health, paediatrics, disability and within school settings.

I created Helping Hands Therapy as I wanted to create a space where occupational therapy is fun and effective.

 I love what I do and passionate about providing tailored evidenced based treatment to ensure people can achieve their goals in the most efficient manner. I have a particular interest in using technology as part of therapy such as virtual reality and interactive games. 

Outside of being an occupational therapist, I and enjoy spending my time playing video games, board games and watching anime.
