We provide expert advice on a range of equipment to meet your needs and achieve your goals.
HOME MODIFICATIONS
We provide recommendations within the home to support a person to access an area they find difficult to reach, increase participation or be independent in a task.
HOUSING ASSESSMENTS
Provide comprehensive assessment and recommendations to support someone to live safely, with the right amount of support to meet their needs.

ACCESS REPORTS FOR THE NDIS
$1500 package
Including 2x 1 hour assessments
1 x report with standardised assessments
Support with required NDIS paperwork
NDIS (SELF MANAGED or PLAN MANAGED ONLY)
$193.99 per hour
Services include reports, face to face or telehealth appointments, travel, clinical notes, care coordination and therapy planning.
